Details

This machine is used to remove dust and powder left on the board surface due to sanding, thereby improving the coating quality of the board.
Equipped with dual nylon brush rollers and a specially designed dust collection cover, along with a powerful blower, it achieves ideal dust removal effects.
The conveyor belt uses imported anti-slip material, effectively preventing the board from slipping on the belt and ensuring smooth operation.
The conveyor belt is adjusted by a gear motor frequency converter, allowing the feeding speed to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the workpiece.

本机用于清除板面因砂光而残留下来的灰尘、粉末，从而提高板材涂装质量。
配置双尼龙刷辊，特殊设计的集尘罩，并附有强力吹风机，除尘效果更加理想。
输送带采用进口防滑带，能有效地防止板材在输送带上因打滑而不能正常作业。
